We act as a trusted third party between our buyers and sellers in order to guarantee sales, payment, delivery time and, when applicable, product returns. With a strong authentication process for high-end and luxury goods, we are making it a priority to fight against counterfeiting.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the accepted currencies  –  UAE Dirhams.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User as seller and buyer  is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password account.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards of operating countries laws. Therefore, the Customers and sellers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

In the site, www.theluxuryflavor.com, we provide users with access to pre-owned luxury goods through buy and sell process.

Trademarks

The trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Site are the property of The Luxury Flavor. Users are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to use as metatags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of The Luxury Flavor or such third party which may own the Marks. Any trademark use that is unauthorized by the Luxury Flavor will be deemed as trademark infringement and will be penalized by the UAE Laws.
The Luxury Flavor is not associated with the brands that it sells, which are a registered trademarks of the respective brand owners and not of The Luxury Flavor.

Buying Terms

This section constitutes a binding agreement between User (hereafter within these Buying Terms “Buyer”) and The Luxury Flavor. The Luxury Flavor is in no way associated with the brands that it sells.

Buyer acknowledges that The Luxury Flavor authentication process is in-house and independent of any brand association of any kind or nature.
Brands mentioned on the Site are not involved in the authentication of Item being sold and none of the brand owners assumes or own any responsibility for any Item purchased through the Site.

The Buyer must pay the Price, displayed selling price that includes the seller cost  in addition to the luxury flavor commission “Authentication Costs, the Carriage Costs and any other applicable costs” via the secure payment system of The Luxury Flavor, by bank card, VISA card, Mastercard, American Express card, or through installment when applicable.

All our sales are final, in case of pre order for specific item with deposit, if customer decide to not pursue with the sale, the deposit is lost and remain with The Luxury Flavor.

Selling Terms

Within the scope of the online intermediation service performed by The Luxury flavor, the Seller hereby grants The Luxury flavor a mandate to do the following:
1- To publish on the Web Site the Product Page that constitutes an offer to sell a Product, including all the content included by the Seller, and where applicable, to make changes to the photographs of the Product, to the extent of removing their background and enhancing their quality.
2- To accept the order placed by the Buyer, for and on behalf of the Seller.
3- To open a separate account on the books of the Luxury flavor, for and on behalf of  the Seller, and to credit the Price of the Product into that account.
4- To receive the money and to transfer them to the Seller, after subtracting the commission and any other sum of money due should any moneys remain outstanding between the parties, as stipulated by our T&Cs.

The Seller’s commitments and obligations

The Seller undertakes to sell only Products of which they are the sole owner, or in case of a sale on consignment of second-hand products, on behalf of a person who is the owner of the Products.

The Seller hereby represents that they are not violating the UAE laws and regulations in any way and are not infringing the rights of any third parties by submitting a Product Page to The Luxury Flavor or by offering a Product for sale via our Web Site.
The Seller warrants, represents and undertakes  that the origin, the condition and the characteristics of the Product that they offer on the Web Site comply with that description of the Product on the corresponding Product Page, and that the Product that is offered for sale is not counterfeit.

Should the Luxury Flavor request proof of authenticity, the Sellers must immediately provide it with all the documents proving their ownership of the Products that are offered for sale and/or the legitimate origin of these Products.
The Luxury Flavor shall be entitled to delete the Profile and/or the Product Page of a Seller who fails to provide evidence of their ownership rights over the Product(s) that are offered for sale and/or of the legitimate origin of the Product(s).

The Seller shall be barred from claiming any right to compensation if The Luxury Flavor deletes this information for the reasons mentioned above.
The Seller shall be the only person responsible for the sale of a Product. The Seller shall refrain from selling any Product whose sale is prohibited or would violate the UAE Laws and regulations and/or infringe the rights of third parties.
Once a Seller’s Product Page has been put online, the Seller must access their account regularly in order to update stock of all pending transactions and monitor them.

Should the Seller be unable to connect and monitor their account during an extended period, they must inform prospective buyers about an extended
fulfilment timescale by updating their vacation tab in their store manager platform. They may resume the sale, upon their return.

Commissions – Payout calculation 

The services offered by The Luxury Flavor engage to be remunerated by a Commission that The Luxury Flavor shall deduct from the Price of the Product paid by the Buyer / customer.
The Luxury Flavor shall calculate this Commission using the Commission Scale shown below

The Commission taken by The Luxury Flavor shall correspond to the sum paid for each Transaction to The Luxury Flavor by the Buyers, in return for the intermediation services between Seller and Buyer, and where applicable for authenticating and dispatching the Products.

This Commission shall be included in the sale Price of the Product as shown on the Web Site.
This method of calculating the Commissions due shall apply to all the Products that are offered for sale on the Web Site.

A Seller whose Product has been ordered by a Buyer shall receive a notification of this sale by an e-mail informing them that the Product must be sent to The Luxury Flavor within 2 days to verify its compliance with the description in the corresponding Product Page.

Sellers must secure evidences of dispatching each parcel that they send to The Luxury Flavor and share it with The luxury Flavor the proof of dispatching.

No object should be enclosed other than the Products and the accessories sold with them, in particular no promotional or advertising documentation whatsoever.

Delivery Policy

www.theluxuryflavor.com manages the collection from the seller and the delivery from its premises post inspection to the final customer.

The customer will receive the payment confirmation by email and the Process of shipping the items/goods conditions.

Delivery fees – from the Luxury flavor to the  buyer premises all delivery fees will be supported by www.theluxuryflavor.com.

Delivery Timeline 1-2 days upon reception from the seller. The luxury flavor coordinates the collection from the seller to ensure total shipment lead time of 4 to 7 days.

And For the items tagged as shipped in 24h, the total shipment Leadtime is ensured to be maximum 24h.

Return Policy

Return can be triggered based on the below reasons:

• Reason 1: The wrong product was sent by The Luxury Flavor
• Reason 2: The product is defective / counterfeit / not compliant to the product page description.

In Case of Reason 1:

The luxury flavor will arrange the replacement with the right product if the wrong product has been dispatched

In case of the reason 2

Buyer acknowledges within 2 days that the product is not compliant to the product page description see below, clear description of the issue with photos to be shared with The Luxury flavor. The luxury Flavor will be acting as the mediator to find a suitable solution for both parties.

Should the resulted solution is to return the product and cancel the order, the amount paid will be credited back to the customer in his bank account as per his discretion. The seller should collect or arrange the collection of his item and the transaction will be cancelled (no charge / fees) to be engaged from the seller against the Luxury flavor.

For rare find items- Hermes Kelly and Birkin and watches – no returns are allowed except if the product at reception is defective or wrong items is delivered by mistake.

Cancellation Policy

Order can be cancelled any time prior receiving the product by the buyer, once the product is received it will be handled as a return.

All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
Merchant will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
